At New Day- In Home TSS, our number one goal is to ensure the safety of clients and staff at all times. Our organization is considered a human services agency and “life sustaining.” Also considered an Essential 1A organization.  All in-home services are being conducted in person. However,  if someone in your home is tested positive for COVID-19 or have been exposed to the virus, Telehealth sessions will be conducted until the agency receives proof of negative results. Furthermore, there must be a 6 feet distance between everyone in the home and masks must be worn by everyone in the home during sessions.

All outpatient services (i.e., mental health and substance abuse) are currently being conducted in-person or via telehealth We use HIPAA secure technology. We comply with laws, policies and professional Telehealth standards.
